Directions for use;

To restore vaginal PH, wash your hands first then insert 1 suppository into the vagina daily with a panty liner for 7-14 days. Insert the suppository at bedtime. To support vaginal health, insert 1 suppository into vagina 2 weeks before menstrual cycle or as needed.

DO NOT PUT THESE SUPPOSITORIES IN YOUR MOUTH!

Do not use these suppositories if you have open sores, wounds, or ulcerations in your vaginal area and do not have sex during the time of treatment. Wait for 4-12 hours before sex.

Can I use the Phresh Cookie suppositories during my period? It is safe to use during menstrual cycle.
